Knitting

Just lately I have been knitting, I have made a few pairs of slippers, and a scarf, easy, so I decided I would attempt a pair of socks. So I found myself a pattern for a lovely simple pair of socks. My printer is totally out of ink so I had wrote it out, went for the knitting needles and this is what happen. There was such a mess of needles that I did not know where to start, so I found a lovely pattern for a knitting needle case, only took a couple of hours from deciding to make it to finishing it.

I have been asked for the site where I got the needle case instructions, click here, and scroll down to September 7, 2007 and the Knitting Needle Case Tutorial. I actually made mine bigger, I used the full length of a fat quarter.

Love your knitting needle roll. I made one for my DIL a while back and she loves it. Great choice of fabric.

Thanks so much for sharing this tutorial, just what I am in need of to preserve my vintage knitting needles.
